Making the pie filling

First, cut the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Heat the sliced pumpkin pieces in the microwave to soften them. You’ll be able to peel off the pumpkin’s tough skin much more easily this way.

Next, mash the pumpkin. Then add eggs, sweet condensed milk and pumpkin spices. Mix it all together with the blender and your pie filling is ready.

Baking the pie

Sara uses a ready-made pie crust to make things easy. Pour the pie filling into the pie crust. Bake the pie in the over and let it cool down become cutting it.

Decorate the pie

Lastly, you can cut some slices of your pumpkin pie and decorate them. Use whipped cream, cherries, and a big scoop of ice cream.
