How to play Mine Hunt Classic?
Minesweeper is a classic logic game. Each puzzle can be solved through strategic thinking, barring a tiny handful of moves that do depend on lucky guesses (like revealing the first tile on the board).
Once you have tapped on a safe tile, one or more numbers are revealed. Each number represents the number of mines touching that tile. Through a process of elimination, you’ll be able to determine where all of the mines are hidden without ever setting one off.
When you discover a tile that must have a mine hidden beneath it, you can mark it with a flag. You can complete the level either by marking all of the mines with flags, or by revealing all of the safe tiles.
Difficulty level
You can choose between easy, normal, and hard levels. Wherever you choose to start, the difficulty will slowly go up, either by increasing the size of the board or the number of hidden mines.
Controls
- Left click / tap = reveal what’s beneath a tile
- Right click / tap and hold = mark a suspicious tile with a flag
Tip: You can click or tap on a numbered tile to highlight the tiles touching it. This will help you determine whether you’ve correctly marked all the hidden mines linked to that tile.
