Click each empty cell and then choose a number between 1 and 12 so that each number in that range appears exactly once in each row, column, and box of cells. If you scroll over the top of an empty cell, a small square will appear. Click it to enter a note/guess for that cell, which you can delete later by selecting X instead of a number.
